Question Painting ceiling tiles

I have 3 rooms where the ceilings are 12" x 12" tiles with the worm holes. The inevitable can't be put off any longer....They need to be painted. What size nap should I have on my roller to make this job as painless as possible? I will also, more than likely, have to use a brush to get in to the groove between each tile. Does anyone have a painting fairy that can be loaned out?

Use a 3/4"-1" nap roller. Apply plenty of paint, smearing paint into all the grooves and crevices then as the roller dries out roll it out smooth. Use plenty of paint and the job will be easier and look better, no need for extra cut in work.

Painting fairys are never loaned but can be rented for enough money
