Garage floor paint
Hi and thanks in advance for your time-
I have a garage floor I would like to paint. It is a concrete floor. I do not want to use epoxy paint. Is it better to use a latex based paint or an oil based paint? There will be no car traffic in there. Only storage space and light workshop use. Thank you.
Ray.

Any coating on a concrete floor requires good prep [mostly cleaning] for the coating to adhere. Stains may not last as long as floor enamel but can be applied in 1 coat and are easy to recoat. Floor enamel requires a minimum of 2 coats, usually last longer but can peel over time = more work to recoat
