IMO kilz isn't the best primer for exterior siding - I use an exterior wood primer [preferably oil base but latex will often work]

Primers aren't formulated for long time weather exposure but it is better to let it wear away than to paint over it in bad painting conditions. You will likely have to reprime it in the spring but atleast the wood will have some protection.

You may be able to find a good day or two and be able to paint it sooner.

It would be helpful to put a coat of paint on it ASAP

Primer makes a lousy top coat, and doesn't offer enough protection
The Kilz latex probably won't make it through the winter

You might want to keep a can of Sherwin Williams Duration or Pittsburgh Manor Hall latex exterior paint close by if the weather breaks soon
All you need is a non-rainy/snowy few days over 35* for those paints
Both are good low-temp paints

If it doesn't work out weather-wise, at least you'll have the paint for spring
