Fence Painting
At 8AM today I want to paint it but touched the fence and see that it is cold to the touch. I washed the fence three days ago and the temperatures during last two days were 90+ F. Can I stain the fence when it is not warm or the day is not hot? What is a good time to start the job(and also temperature if that makes the difference). Thank you.

Cool temps are better to paint in, easier on you and it prevents the paint/stain from drying to fast. As long as it is 50 degrees and rising and no rain forecast, you are good to go.
