Paint recommendation for bath walls/cabinets?

I'm getting ready to do some painting in 2 bathrooms- walls and vanities. I think they are currently painted with semi-gloss, water-based products so I'd like to stick with that. After a light sanding on the walls can I use bullseye 123 to prime and then maybe BM Kitchen and Bath? For the vanities I was considering priming with zinsser bin (is this ok over a water-based paint?) and need a suggestion for a good topcoat. Any other suggestions would be great!

Thanks.

Can't go wrong with BM kitchen and bath. On behalf of slickshift, what color are you planning?

If the walls have existing semi gloss in good condition do you need to prime .

Thanks

Thanks for the replies. The rest of the house is a grey/taupe color, but this is too dark for the bathrooms. I think a very light, cool, tan-nish color will work- BM has a pottery barn color called "natural wicker" (I think) that I have my eye on...

A light scuff sanding and 1-2-3 would be a good idea for the walls
Moore's K&B is excellent for the walls

The BIN would be fine, but a little over-kill over latex paint for the cabs
The 1-2-3 should be fine
*if the vanities are stained, poly'd, in iffy or unknown finish or condition use the BIN
I'd recommend Ben Moore's Impervo waterborne enamel for the vanities
It's stronger and longer lasting for high use, high wash, high scrub, areas
But the Moore's K&B will work also
