How to remove DRYLOK paint from Vinyl Window casing/frame

I had new vinyl windows installed in the basement last year. I had someone paint the basement wall/block with Drylok Extreme... This was a few months ago. I just noticed there is some drylok paint on my window casing/frame and also on my utility sick inner and outter. Can someone please tell me how I can remove this paint from both without ruining! Like I sad, this was painted a few months ago and is pretty dry...

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I never used Drylok Extreme. If this is a waterborne material, Goof Off works well on old dried paint. Very smelly though. Throw the rags in the outside garbage.

If oil based, try Laquer Thinner.

It is latex based...

Where do you get goof off? Will it ruin my vinyl?

Goof off is at all big box/hardware stores. Always try on a inconspicuous area first. It should be fine on vinyl.
