Sticky Bathroom Wall Paint

Greetings...new to the forum.

My wife has discovered that our guest bathroom (infrequently used) has sticky walls...all painted walls. The bathroom was painted 2 years ago. Used primer and paint formulated for bathrooms. Nothing unusual going on, except that it has been exceptionally rainy this early spring.

Bathroom remains open for ventalation.

Any ideas??

What brand of paint is on the walls. Glidden has a tacky latex paint. You could stick up a piece of paper on it.
