New Paint Project and Others - Which Order Should I Do?

My wife and I are currently in the process of getting things ready for us to put our condo on the market next year. We have 2 projects coming up and I have 1 additional. Currently we are planning on painting our entire condo, installing ceiling with lights and finally I want to wall mount our new LCD. This really is more for me though, hahahahaha.

What I'm trying to figure out is if 1 project should be done for another. With the installation of the ceiling fans, we have an attic above so from my understanding, no holes need to be cut in the walls/ceiling to get power to the center of the room. The only hole will be where the fan will be placed and all work will be done in the attic.

I'm thinking I can paint now, wall mount the LCD and have the ceiling fans done shortly after painting. However, I'm not a 100% sure as to paint first or do the ceiling fans first so that my wall and ceiling will have a clean coat of paint when finished.

It doesn't make a whole lot of difference - if you paint first, just be sure to keep some touch up paint, incase you need it

I think it would be easiest to:

1) Paint Ceiling
2) Paint Walls
3) Hang Fans/LCD

You want to paint the ceilings first so you don't have to worry about roller spatter on your walls. Do the walls next since you already have the painting stuff out. Then hang all your hardware. Hanging all the stuff last means you don't have to worry about getting paint on it.

The flat paint most folks use on ceilings is pretty easy to touch up if you ding it up hanging the fans.
