How to clean paint off glazed ceramic tiles?

Have glazed tiles (4x4) on the bathroom walls and I am trying to clean them. The problem is that they have splashes of paint on them everywhere. I tried using "goof off" and a scotch brite pad, which works, but its a very slow and tiring process. Can I use like a orbital sander (not sure what grit paper to use) or another chemical? Or are there other faster/easier ways to do this?

Thanks.

You might try something stronger like deglosser or maybe even lacquer thinner....... but be carefull!! The fumes are strong and make sure you don't drip it on anything else that it might damage.

The method you have been using is the best. There is no quick cure for sloppy painting. Don't use a sander!!

Anything that has any sort of abrasive quality or ingredient can damage the glaze on tile.As stated do not use a sander but also do not use sandpaper.Even that Scotchbrite you mentioned may be risky.Stay away from powdered cleansers and "stealth" powdered products like Soft Scrub.
