Can I mix Kilz primer with real paint

I started painting and used Kilz with a premixed color. Can I mix these together and use them as a final coat of paint for a new room that I finished?

I would not recommend doing this. Primers are meant to be coverd up they are not meant to be a top coat. Just go and spend the little bit extra to get your finish product and be done with it.

I agree. While you can mix 2 different paints/primers together providing they are both the same base, you won't get the best of either. Primer mixed with paint won't seal as well as straight primer and primer mixed in with the top coat will prevent it from wearing and washing as good as it should.
