Sherwin Williams' Harmony paint, an environmentally friendly no VOC/low VOC paint, comes in a variety of glosses and hues, and it can be custom tinted. Your local Sherwin Williams store should be able to help you make the best selection to meet your needs and provide you with texture options from textured paints to adding your own texture.

Have you seen Sherwin Williams Sandscapes? It gives a beautiful granulated textured finish in an earthen color. Soft Suede is a textured paint that looks like well worn suede.

And, of course, you can add sand to any paint for a grainy finish. You can also mix paint with dry wall mud and roll on with textured roller for a more stucco texture.

Visit www.sherwinwilliams.com They have an interactive Color Visualizer where you can experiment with paint colors in rooms.

What are you trying to texture?

Generally it is best to texture, prime and paint separately.

btw - welcome to the forums!
