Use a very small amount of paint oderless thinner on a rag. Don't smoke or blow out birthday candles until it's all washed out.

I'm a hairstylist who has dealt with many clients getting small amounts of paint, etc. in their hair, but it sounds like you got attacked by the can. Sometimes the best thing to use to remove oil, is oil. What I mean is..... water and oil, as we know, don't mix. Try using an avocado oil or olive oil with your shampoo. You can even get an Avocado oil based conditioner by Redken which is great for your hair. Please stay away from harsh detergents that aren't made for something as delicate as hair. Think of your hair as a fabric and you'll know what to do.

Good Luck!!
