Unhappy

So, I had this great idea for a faux finish for my sons room, the chambray finish from Ralph Lauren. We bought the kit, watched the video over and over again, and now, of course, it looks like crap on the walls.

So, can I paint over glaze? Any how-tos would be appreciated. Thanks.

Use the low-odor Kilz otherwise you'll knock yourself out. Another tip, scuff the walls with #220 and prime everything with interior alkyd oil primer ( the fumes from this may mess you up as well ) If you can stand the fumes use the oil primer, otherwise use the earth friendly, environmentally safe, granola eater, ozone friendly, water based KILZ. Good Luck!
