Painters tape
Hi ever one
Can the blue or any other color type of painters tape be reused if it is removed very carefully?

the reason you use tape in the first place is to create a sharp edge against contrasting surfaces.
When you use the tape you create paint build up on those edges for one which will be unsuitable for use again, and secondly, the adhesive on painters tape is such that it is not very tacky so that you can peel it off without taking off existing paint. I doubt that it would be suitable for a second use.
But if you want to try, who's stopping you?
