Question

I know that this is not highly reccomended, but I am having a huge Christmas bash and am not fond of having lime green counter tops in a newly re-decorated rest of the house. PLEASE help me paint these AWFUL looking countertops.

I would recomend a two part epoxy for best wear and tear, here is a website that sells paint just for this type of application: http://www.integritycoatings.com/index.html

If you don't have time to order then you can follow there instructions and go to a pro paint store for the epoxy paint and recomended primer (read the label of the paint), they fail to mention cleaning off all dust after sanding but the rest is generally correct at: http://www.integritycoatings.com/howto.htm

Hope this helps, Chip
