Minwax polyurethane sprayable?

I wondered if I can spray Minwax Fast-Drying polyurethane on some shelving I've just made. There are no thinning recommendations on the can, so don't even know if this is possible/recommended. I was planning on using an HVLP gravity feed sprayer.

Thanks in advance!

It can be sprayed. How much to thin depends on what type of sprayer you are using. I've sprayed it straight out of the can with an airless but a conventional cup gun will require thinning to get it atomize properly.

Thanks - I'll give it a go and do some experimenting with thinning ratios.

Start off slow with the thinner, you can always add more but it's kind of hard to thicken it back up
