Paint removal
Question folks. I have come across an apartment where someone painted the kitchen floor with oil based paint. However they applied the second coat before the first coat was dry. Now when the tenants walk on the floor, the top layer twists and wrinkles. I must reove all paint and start over. What is the best and easiest way to remove this wet paint from the floor?
