What do i do to prep a room that has mold on the walls in the corners? What primer or paint should be used in this situation?

In order to prevent the mold from coming back you will need to spray the effected area's with a bleach solution of 1 part bleach and 3 parts water to kill the mold, then follow the cleaning instructions on this page http://doityourself.com/patch/prepaint.htm
To seal out any stains after the walls dry prime with Kilz or other quality oil based primer then paint with a quality latex wall paint of choice.
