Which Paint will be Harder?
Water-Based Epoxy, like Sherwin-Williams, or Oil-Based Enamel?

I have no experience with water based epoxy paint but oil based paints will tend to be a little harder than the equivalent paint in latex.

The SWP rep should be able to answer your questions per specific coatings. Epoxy's dry to a harder film than regular paint but I don't know if latex epoxy is harden than an industrial enamel.
