It's hard to determine the exact sheen from a pic .... and sheen levels can vary between brands. You don't want a flat paint, it would be either gloss or semi-gloss. Can you further explain what you mean by "somebody forgot to paint an other side" Is it raw wood? or just wasn't repainted?

I just bought the house and I saw that it is still raw wood on the part of the another side on the cabinet. I tried to take some pictures for you but every time is too white.

Raw wood needs a primer first. An oil base enamel undercoater would be best but I'm not sure you can buy it in quart size ..... but most any wood primer will do ok. I'd recommend either a waterborne enamel or quality latex enamel for the top coat. Oil base whites tend to yellow over time and the cheaper latex enamels are prone to chip and peel.
