New Home | Best Interior Paint | Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore?
Just built a new home in Florida and am closing in the next few days and am interested in the opinions of others regarding interior paint. I'm going back and forth between Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, specifically, Duration or Super Paint from SW or Regal from BM. I'm looking for the thoughts or opinions of those that have used either or both?
Do SW or BM ever have sales?

Welcome to the forums. I think you're going to be fine with any of these choices - I've used Regal happily in the past and I believe our resident paint expert, Mark, likes both SWP choices.

You should be well satisfied with any of the top line coatings from either manufacture. I'm not sure if I've ever used the Duration line but it's supposed to be better than SuperPaint. I've never been disappointing with the quality of SuperPaint - it goes on well and wears well, both interior and exterior lines.
I'm not real familiar with BM pricing but SWP has sale prices fairly often. Since you will be priming/painting an entire house, either store should be willing to give you a price break for the coatings you need, just talk to the paint rep or manager at the store. If you are hiring a painter, he should be able to get even better pricing.
