Question Best way to paint baseboard heater covers?

Hi,

What is the best way to paint baseboard heater covers? brush? spray paint?

Remove them, take them outside clean first, sand to remove any old blobs of paint or brush marks.
Clean again, prime and bare metal then spray paint them with rattle cans. Many thin coats is better then one thick one.

Spraying will give the nicest looking finish but you can brush or even use a small roller if needed.

As with all painting, preparation is the most important so follow Joe's recommendation on cleaning and surface prep.
