Exterior paint on interior wall?

Is there a downside to using exterior house paint inside the house? I'm going to paint a new prehung interior door and some trim. I have a spare can of Sears Weatherbeater Satin exterior house paint that's the right color. Is this a good idea?

Exterior paints are formulated different than interior coatings. To make them better withstand the elements they generally don't dry to as hard a film. Also there are stricter regs on the outgassing of interior coatings.
