Ideas for complimentary paint

Looking for ideas for a paint to use on baseboard to counter this paint. Love the color but have white baseboards and light hardwood flooring. Don't like the white. Any help would be great!

Welcome to the forums Matt!

IMO it always looks best for all the woodwork to be painted the same color, either throughout the house or at least per room ..... but there are no rules or paint color police

Since you don't care for the stark contrast of pure white I'd suggest looking at some of the offwhites. Even a fairly dark offwhite will look white against a dark color. There are also a few tans that would look good. Where did you buy your wall paint? Many paint stores have charts with their suggestions for complimentary colors. They also have software that will take your photo and insert their colors to give you a rough idea of what it will look like before you purchase any paint.

Thank for your advice. I did not paint the interior myself the color there when I bought it, but I love the color! I call it baseball glove tan lol. Anyways thanks again for the advice, if and when I eventually get to it I will post picks of the color I chose.
