Best paint for old stone and mortar basement walls
What's the best paint product to put over our old stone and mortar basement walls. Some of the walls have old paint not sure what type, some have old thoroseal paint, and some are unpainted.
On the unfinished walls i will use thoroseal, I think thoroseal can be put over old thoroseal but not over old paint in general? Correct?
What's the best basement wall paint or stain to use over the old generic wall paint
