Unhappy

I have a problem, there is latex paint over oil paint. I want to repaint but the latex is peeling off so what do I do to fix this? What paint should I use?

You'll have to remove the latex. Latex will only adhere to old, fully cured alkyd paints after sanding. If you want to use latex paint, lightly sand the old finish, then prime it first with... well, I like Benjamin Moore's QD-30. It'll bite and you can paint it with latex.

good luck

You may also want to use an alkyd oil primer on any old surface to be sure it will bond to a latex top coat.
