Question

I am painting a room that has had wallpaper on it for approximately 15 years. I put up the first coat of primer and everything appeared fine but when I began to apply a second coat, bubbles started popping up in the wallpaper.

What can I do to either prevent the bubbling or correct the places where the paper has bubbled?

kstrick9, Has it been over night since the primer was put on? Just about all you can do if the bubbles didn't dry out is cut them open and glue them down with a premixed wallpaper glue....Mike
