Good quality low cost floor paint recommendation?

Hi. Can you recommend a good quality, reasonable/low cost interior floor paint? Someone I know recommended Benjamin Moore's floor paint, I think it is kind of expensive though. Thanks for the advice.

What surface? Wood, concrete or ?? Indoor or outdoor? Generally cheap and quality don't come together...

I would never paint a floor but Behr paint is as good as Benjamin Moore IMO. Glidden sucks.

Glidden has some quality coatings but you won't find them at a big box store. As already mentioned - cheap and quality generally don't go together, you get what you pay for.

Is there already a coating on the concrete? If not, I'd suggest using a concrete stain as there is less prep and less likelihood of it peeling.

Low cost and high quality is an oxymoron! When it comes to paint you pretty much get what you pay for. However, as the others have stated, we need to know more about what you're painting and what you desire from the finished paint job.

Ok ok. I get it. Let's say "best value". It is for an interior concrete surface. I desire for the finished paint job to look good for as long as possible. Thanks!

We all kind of ganged up on you. But we need a bit more info. What kind of service will this see. Do you need or want a high gloss or a rough finish? Is it a basement or garage?

A rough service would probably be preferred. This will see a medium amount of service. And this is for a basement. Thank you!

Is there currently any coating or sealer on the concrete? have you done a moisture test?
