Polyurethane on top of porch/floor enamel paint?
I just painted my basement foor with Behr Premium Gloss Porch and floor paint. Really happy with it, especially the nice sheen. Now my question is, is it not necessary to add a coat of non-yellowing polyurethane over this? I can't seem to find a straight answer online. I've asked Behr, waiting for their response. I'm guessing it's not necessary and the poly might affect the Gloss and look of the paint itself. I also dont want to be doing any more work or $$ than necessary.
Any thoughts?
thank you!

Enamels are formulated in a way that needs no additional top coat. Adding a clear top coat over the enamel could complicate any touch up or recoating. Plus it's doubtful the poly would adhere well unless the enamel is sanded first.
