Powder coated furniture repair

I have a very nice exterior furniture set that I've had for 15 years and starting to show signs of needing minor repairs. It is an aluminum powdered coated material and the powder coating is starting to flake off in areas. It also appears the aluminum is oxidizing under some areas of the coating and contributing to the flaking. I would like to spot repair the areas needing repair. Is there a process procedure and compatible paint I can use to make the repair and try to match the color at the same time? I have attached a picture of some of the areas needing repair... thanks for your help!

It's doubtful you'd be able to spot paint those areas and not have it show. Between the specks in the paint and fading - touch up is an almost impossible task

Your best bet would be to clean it up the best you can and repaint. Ideally all the old paint would be removed first.
