Remodeling My Mobile Home
Doing some remodeling and I have a few questions about the walls. Q1...How do I get the beige paint that is peeling smoothed out to paint over? I tried taking a piece of small grit sand paper to it and it just kept peeling away. Q2...I bought some good quality white paint with primer, when I paint over those different colors you see, will it all come out the same color? TIA!

What is this a picture of? Do you have any that aren't close up? If it is a wall intersecting a floor, you will have base molding where the errant line is anyway, so smoothing it out and painting it may be a moot point.

Most mobile homes use 1/4" drywall with a printed vinyl face [instead of the normal paper face]
I'd lightly cut just beyond the peeled areas and scrape it up to that point, then apply a thin layer of joint compound to smooth out the transition. Once dry you should be able to sand, prime and paint. Primer/paint alone won't make that bad spots disappear although it would make it slightly less visible.
