thinner

I have some Crown brush cleaner. It has acetone and toulene etc in it. Can I use this as a crude paint thinner for outside rough painting jobs...nothing inside..farm type paint jobs.
I have some paint that needs thinning and I dont want to buy a whole can new.

Absolutely not!! It is "hotter" than thinner and cannot be used as an additive.

In a pinch you could use gasoline for a thinner but as X said brush cleaner is too hot!!!
