I don't understand it. An airless puts out too much pressure/volume for a shield that close to the tip to be effective.

I'll agree that I don't get it. You are controlling the spray and how would you get good saturation in the corners if you have to try to aim it with this. It also would seem like it is a place for paint to pool and make a drippy mess if it all.

I've used spray shields a lot but nothing that small or close to the tip. While parts of the idea are nice, I just don't see it working well. All shields need to have the wet paint wiped off them on a regular basis.

I hate painting and house will have to be painted next year, Just looking for something to speed up job.

When you account for the extra prep and clean up - spraying isn't always a time saver. Is it the exterior of your house that needs painting? You also need to be concerned about where the overspray goes. Bad enough to get overspray on something you own but if it gets on neighbor's car
