my pool needs to be painted , but i'm having trouble getting info. on how to go about doing it.
The pool is about 8 years old made it cement, and has been
recently sand blasted .Seeing that i can afford to have it
painted i would greatly appreciate any comments on this matter. thanks

trgazoo, What I would is call a couple of reputable pool builders or pool servicing companies and see what they have to say. I know the pool builders around here like to sell materials to DIY and provide the advice also. I can't answer your question directly because all of the pools I have done haven't been taken down to the concrete...Mike

Thanks Mike. I have contacted a few places, and their response seems to be that it's tricky to paint. The reason being that you have to be careful when you paint because you can have humidity this will cause the paint to lift or peel.Their is also the ? Of what kind of paint to you ex. Rubber base or even epoxy.

trgazoo,
Benjamin Moore sells a pool paint. Check with your dealer, I haven't read the label or used it, but it's a reputable brand name.
