Sanded interior MDF door, prep before paint?

I did a final sand of 220. Do I need to do anything before I apply paint?

You'd want to prime the areas where you sanded too deep. They may need a light sanding again after the primer dries.

Not sure why you needed to get that deep but unless you prime and sand as mentioned there is a good chance that that spot will show through the paint!

Either way there is a good chance it will show through the paint. MDF is flat, i'm afraid you must have sanded a dip into the door to make it look like that. If the paint has any sheen at all, the dip will show up in the sheen of the paint.
