EdgeHarley, Without getting into compressors and other gear the best paint for the weekend warrior is Sherwin-Williams SuperAcrylic spray paint. I use this on a lot of my stuff and can't say enough about it. Clean well and apply in many light coats(first coat being very light) and do follow can directions as far as recoat times. Any coat of this paint applied beyond two hours from the last coat will cause wrinkling of the previous coat and a week wait until sanding and starting over...No good...Mike

Talking appliance painting

i saw a procedure on the tv (this old house?). commercially done appliance painting involves a procedure of magnetizing the appliance (refridge, stove, etc) the spray they use only goes on the appliance. check toh past episodes.
