Repainting textured ceiling

What is the best way to repaint a textured ceiling? How do you get the corners between the wall and ceiling covered?

The 'cutting in' usually will require brushing, and since your ceiling is textured, your brush will have to be loaded for good coverage. The balance of the ceiling can be rolled with thick napped roller (3/8 to 1/2 or more nap) depending on the texture.
