Question

I need to repair a bathroom wall and repaint it. How do I duplicate the mildly textured surface appearance common to high gloss wall paints? Also, any recommendations for paints used in high moisture areas like baths, kitchens, and laundry rooms?

If by textured you mean an orange peel finish in the gloss then this is achieved by applying the gloss with a mohair/synthetic eqiv or foam roller.
Any paint that is not pourous, such as gloss or eggshell would be suitable.
I would suggest the latter as being most suitable though.
