Question painting raised panel doors

Is there a logical order for painting raised panel doors? I want to attain the best results--of course--and hope for some advice here.

catwork, There a few ways pros do these but this how I do them. I do the all of the panels and any molding leading up the the door facing first keeping the paint, if any, feathered out on the facing if not wiped clean. This divides the painting of the door into two phases. When using oils this not as critical as it is when staining or using latex enamel. Some painters with some speed about them can take a door, panels and facing, down as they go but where I live the heat and lack of humidity doesn't allow that much. The method I use is to prevent lap marks on the facing....Mike

Yes, I agree with Mike. I paint the panels first and the verticles on the right and left side of the panels last. (When I don't spray them)
