Can I paint ceramic floors?

I wouldn't recommend it unless you were laying down area rugs. The trouble is that the 'hardness' of the tile is greater than that of the primer or paint, although painting ceramic tile is easier than vinyl). The 'give' or flex of the topcoat would likely crack the paint as the floor (substrate) would not move in the same way. If absolutley necessary, prime with Aqualock (Insl-x), Freshstart (Benjamin Moore) or Bullseye 1-2-3 (Zinsser), then paint in latex {latex floor enamel that is} for added flex and easier re-painatability...best of luck.
