paint drips

I just painted my family room. Everything turned out perfect, except around one window where there are drip marks. Before using the big roller, I used a 2 inch roller to get close to the window. However, I forgot to smooth out the edges- and the paint dried with a raised area running the entire length of the window. What is the best way to get rid of this mark?

you may have to gently sand it smooth and then repaint. i don't recommend scraping, as you could do damage to the wall itself.

Painting over old paint

I am painting some concreat walls in my home, and i have scraped off all the old paint that was lose, and spackeld nail holes and such, but when I paint over it with the new paint I can allways see the line where I have taken the old paint off and where it´s still under, how can I resolve this..

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do a technique I would like to do on my bedroom walls. Everyone that is familiar with silly string should know how it comes out of the can. Well I want to create that look on my walls but I'm not sure how to do it. If anyone has an idea please send it to me.
