I have a cement block building that I am converting to office space. I plan on framing the perimeter with 2x4's, insulating, and drywalling them. The question is,what is the best way to attach the vertical framing members to the concrete block walls? I will be anchoring the bottom with glue and nails. Thanks for the help.

I am assuming that the floor is concrete. What is the ceiling like ?
I do not attach the stud walls to concrete walls. I attach them to the ceiling and the floor.I keep them back from the walls about 1/2" so moisture cannot transfer.

Jack's advice is good. I'd do the same thing.
