Baseboard where tile meets carpet

I am in the process of putting down a basebord that wainscoating goes on top of in my basement and I ran into a problem. I have a ceramic tiled area for a bar that is about 1/4" lower than the carpet that meets up to it. How do I run the baseboard through that area? Right now the baseboard wants to hang over the tile. I know it should have gone on before the carpet, but it wasn't possible to do then. Please Help!

Put quarter round down over the tiled area as is appropriate.

Thanks! I didn't think of that. I'll just put quarter round down to fill the gap between the basebord and the tile. You saved me from the wrath of my wife!
