wall paneling help

We have installed paneling in a poolside cabana and need help with finishing touches. The gaps between panels are not very clean. Is there some type of trim or covering we can install with liquid nails to cover our mistakes?

First thought is caulk. Either colormatched or paintable touched up with paint. But if it's really bad go look in the moulding dept. of your local DIY store. They have several varieties of flat, thin moultings that are symmetrical. Some are called "screen moulting" but there are several from plain to embellished. You could just nail those up right over the joints with some small finish nails (since I know you mated your panels over studs....right?).
