crown molding concrete ceiling and walls

I have a room that is about 480 sq feet and I would like to add crown molding, but I am not sure how to attach it because the walls and ceiling are concrete.

Thank you,

AJ

Use small triangular blocks the same as for uneven walls and attach them to the concrete with construction adhesive.

Depending upon the size of the crown, tapcon pieces of either veneered plywood with it edgebanded or use solid wood with and put a profile on it and attach it to the concrete wall and ceiling. Make sure the concrete screws won't be visable after you nail the crown to the boards. This way, you don't have to worry about any construction adhesive becoming unglued due to moisture, etc from the concrete.

I did this exact thing but around a fireplace where the brick went all the way to the ceiling.
