Beadboard (PVC)
I'm trying to find a PVC-type beadboard for the bathroom. No luck @ Home Depot and Lowe's. Live in So. Cal.,...does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks for your help!

Hello dtenner,
If you're looking for 4X8 beaded board panels, I can't help. However, if you want more of a real beadboard look, then check out a product made by Azek. It's available at many lumber dealers. It's solid cellular PVC. They definitely make beaded board. Look here: http://www.azek.com/beadboard.asp
I just replaced all the exterior trim on my house, the entire cornices, including dental molding, rake boards, and gable vents using cellular PVC. Azek makes most of the products I used, but I had to buy other brands for some of the molding. My next project is to be my screen porch ceiling. I will definitely use Azek for that.

Ahhhh, this board needs a serious overhaul in the hyper link/attachment department. Would sure help everyone if pics could be posted!!!
Is this what your referring too? kind of a bad shot for detail, but was in a basement that a gal wanted a small cedar closet, plain jane style/low budget.
I used the viniyl bead board in my old house to finish off the ceiling, kinda pricey, but at least it's different than the standard ceiling tile but still easily removed if you ever have a problem or need to get back at something
