Indoor wood siding?

I have a bathroom with a few different layers of wallpaper. Instead of trying to rip it all down, I have decided to put some wood overtop instead. In this case, how many options do i really have? I will probably end up getting some tongue and groove wood to put up. Are there many options for this, or are there other things I could do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums

If you are wanting to cover up/over the wallpaper there are many optioons. You mentioned tongue and groove, there is also paneling [which also comes in various colors and patterns]. You can also go over it with a layer of 1/4" sheetrock.

Keep in mind what ever you use will likely need to be sealed to protect it from moisture. Also any build up of the wall may necesitate relocation of electrical devices.
