Beadboard Meets Shower Tile. What Now?

I wish to install tile in my shower/tub enclosure and run beadboard around the room. The beadboard will but up against the tile in two spots. How do you make that junction look good? Thanks for anyone who can help.

Perhaps a nice bead of caulk painted to the color of the beadboard. (Be sure to use paintable caulk) or you could some sort of quater round where they meet.
