I recently stripped and sanded a tongue and groove knotty pine wall and am having a tough time getting some small paints spots out of the knots. Is there anything that I can use to bring out the paint speckles? I plan on staining the wall when completed.

I have used paint stripper and a dental pick. Worked for me.
