Trim advice needed

in the pic, it shows the 3 1/4" colonial trim on the left around the patio door, and on the right is a window that is trimmed on the inside. My dilemma is I need narrow wall trim for the window, and then narrow trim for the baseboard. They don't sell narrow colonial trim, so what do you suggest?
I'm thinking I can cut down my standard millwork baseboard trim and run it up flush with the wall on both ends?

Use a flat 1x4 or 1x6 stock (ripped to the right width) for the window bottom. The side casing will sit on top. A small piece of baseboard will fit between that and the patio door casing.

I would trim the window with whatever was planned and then rip some base to fit between that and the floor.

With that the windows will look right and most of the ripped base will be covered by shoe/qtr round.
